Cushman & Wakefield to Provide Leasing Services for 2345 Grand
KANSAS CITY, July 20, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that one of Kansas City’s most iconic office buildings, 2345 Grand, is being revitalized and will be reintroduced to the market by new owners CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners.
The Cushman & Wakefield team of Senior Director Miles McCune, Director Jeff Winters and Director Travis Helgeson will lead leasing efforts for the high-rise office tower. The 28-story, 630,000-square-foot property is located at 22nd Street and Grand Boulevard, connecting Crown Center to the Crossroads Arts District.
“These two investment firms, new to our market, are welcome additions,” said McCune. “We’re excited about their plans to re-energize this iconic Kansas City skyscraper and reintroduce it to the market. Plans are underway to enhance the building’s amenities in order to attract creative tenants.”
The Class A office building features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Downtown, Crossroads, Crown Center and Union Station. Both loft and traditional office spaces are available. Current amenities include an onsite coffee shop, sundry shop, tenant lounge, fitness facility and Jimmy John’s sandwich shop. An underground parking garage is available to tenants and visitors.
Located on the public transportation route and within walking distance to the streetcar line, the building offers easy access to Interstate 35, Interstate 70 and Highway 71. Commonwealth Commercial Partners, an affiliate of Lingerfelt CommonWealth, has been hired to handle all aspects of the building’s day-to-day asset and property management services. The 2345 Grand building is LEED certified and ENERGY STAR rated.
